Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using nanobananalib.com (the “Site,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
The Site provides browsing of Nano Banana–related prompts and cases, and (when available) generation after sign-in. Features, quotas, model availability, and displayed content may change, pause, or end without prior notice.
2. Independent-site disclaimer (please read)
The Site is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with, authorized by, partnered with, or endorsed by Google, Gemini, official “Nano Banana” products, or any related company. Model names, third-party sites, cases, and prompts are for reference only and are not official statements, warranties, or recommendations. When you use any third-party service, you must follow that party’s terms and assume the risk yourself.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or infringing activity, harassment, malware, abuse of free quotas, disruptive scraping/automation, or anything that harms the Site or others. We may reasonably limit, suspend, or terminate access.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Site’s interface, arrangement, and original copy are protected by applicable law. Prompt-library cases may come from the community, public sources, or user contributions; rights remain with the original authors or rights holders. When you copy or use prompts to generate content, you must ensure lawful use and respect third-party rights. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive license needed to operate the Site (store, display, process, and improve the service).
5. Generative-output disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, fitness, legality, or commercial usability of any generated image or text. Review outputs before use; you assume all consequences of using them.
6. Free quotas and “as is” service
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Daily free quotas, queues, rate limits, and feature availability may change, and service may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or third-party dependencies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed the amounts you paid us for related paid services (if any) in the twelve months before the claim; if you paid nothing, liability is limited to zero (except where mandatory law provides otherwise).
